Return of the Normal

Okay, I long ago accepted that normal is a relative term, so anybody who is concerned that I am developing any delusions of objective normalcy may rest assured that no such delusions exist in my deranged mind.

The laptop is home and repaired!  We went for a drive to Bellingham after our preparations to go church were derailed by…how does one say it?…obstinate behavior on the part of our eldest.
Truth be told  the kids were both having one of those days. But we decided that we were going to go for a drive, waste gas, and everyone was going to engage of a day of Family Fun and Frivolity. Frivolity! HAPPINESS IS MANDATORY!!!  BWAHAHAHA!!!!!!

So, after returning from our lovely excursion, overflowing with feelings of family bliss, the call came.  The computer was ready.  I left immediately, even though Annie was still so overwhelmed with feelings of family togetherness that she attempted to stop my departure…bodily.
Anyway, the computer is home and all is right with the world.
